Colorado Kitchen Repair
What started out as a simple countertop reapir, ended up as a major cabinet, wall, floor, electrical, and cosmetic repair due to water damage underneath and behind a kitchen sink cabinet. There existed extensive damage to the floor and wall framing, rodent infestation, electrical mis-wiring, and a general state of neglect and damage hiden behind an older kitchen cabinet. Often times the can of worms analogy fits and I have to take it all back to a base level of integrity before going forward with the replacement.
In the end it included demolition, replaced framing, insulation, and drywall, new cabinets, new faucet and plumbing, new counter, new electrical fixtures, new side door, and all trim and paint details. And it looks basically the same, only it feels and functions so differently!
